Create a design in any medium. You can draw, paint or use any digital tools; for example Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D, Figma or even Windows Paint. Your design must not accede the maximum canvas of 40x40cm. Create a design!

COMPETITION RULES
Terms & Conditions
1. Organiser and acceptance
The competition is organised by GeoGuessr AB (company registration number 556939-8349) (“GeoGuessr”). By submitting a design, you agree to these terms and the entry requirements, deadlines, judging criteria and prize details published in the competition announcement (“Competition Information”).
2. Eligibility
You must be aged 16 or older and meet the eligibility requirements stated in the Competition Information. If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter and accept these terms.
Employees of GeoGuessr and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Your design
Your entry must be your own original work, except for any GeoGuessr assets expressly provided or authorised for use in this competition. You must have permission to use any other material included in your design, including permission for the uses described in Section 9. Entries must not infringe another person’s rights or contain unlawful, discriminatory or offensive content.
Entries must be submitted in accordance with the instructions in the Competition Information, including any applicable deadlines, submission formats, entry limits and design requirements.
4. Choosing the winner
Our appointed judge will review the entries and help GeoGuessr select the winning design, taking into account the criteria described in the Competition Information. GeoGuessr will make the final selection.
5. Notifying the winner
GeoGuessr will aim to contact the winner within seven days after the closing date, unless another notification date is stated in the Competition Information. The winner will be contacted using the details supplied with their entry and must respond within the claim period stated in the Competition Information. If the winner does not respond or cannot meet the eligibility requirements, GeoGuessr may select an alternative winner using the same judging process.
6. Eligibility checks
GeoGuessr may request reasonable evidence of identity, eligibility, parental or guardian permission, or ownership of the submitted design before confirming a winner or awarding a prize.
7. The prize
The prize is as described in the Competition Information. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless expressly stated otherwise. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond GeoGuessr’s reasonable control, GeoGuessr may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any delivery restrictions or costs payable by the winner must be stated in the Competition Information.
Winners are responsible for any taxes or duties arising from the receipt of a prize, to the extent required by applicable law.
8. Disqualification
GeoGuessr may disqualify an entry or withhold a prize where there are reasonable grounds to believe an entrant has breached these terms, submitted false information, infringed another person’s rights, acted fraudulently or manipulated the competition.
GeoGuessr may seek the return of a prize awarded as a result of such conduct, where permitted by law.
9. Your design and how we can use it
You retain ownership of your original design. By entering, you grant GeoGuessr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and share your entry for judging, promoting the competition and announcing its results.
If your design is selected as the winner, you also grant GeoGuessr a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to reproduce, manufacture, market, distribute and sell merchandise featuring the design, and to use it in related promotional materials. GeoGuessr may adapt the design as reasonably necessary for production, including adjustments to its size, colours and placement, and may authorise its manufacturing, fulfillment and marketing partners to use it for these purposes.
The prize described in the Competition Information is the compensation for these rights. No additional payment or royalties will be due, unless separately agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
10. Winner announcement and personal information
GeoGuessr may publish and announce the winner’s submitted nickname alongside their winning design on its website, social channels and competition-related materials. Contact and delivery details will not be published. Personal information will be used to administer the competition, contact entrants and fulfil prizes in accordance with GeoGuessr’s Privacy Policy and any competition-specific privacy notice provided when entering.
11. Changes or cancellation
If circumstances beyond GeoGuessr’s reasonable control materially affect the fairness, security or operation of the competition, GeoGuessr may make necessary changes, suspend or cancel it. Any changes will be communicated through the competition announcement and will seek to minimise disadvantage to entrants.
12. Liability and applicable law
GeoGuessr is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received due to technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sweden, without prejudice to any mandatory rights available to entrants under applicable law.
